Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Turbo Checkout ("the App"), provided by Triad Mark ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
The App adds a quick cash-on-delivery checkout, bundles, quantity discounts, and optional WhatsApp OTP verification to your Shopify store. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must have an active Shopify store and authority to install apps on it. You are responsible for your store, its configuration of the App, and the orders placed through it.
3. Plans, billing & trials
- The App offers a Free plan and paid plans (Growth and Pro). Paid plans include a 3-day free trial.
- Subscription fees and usage charges are billed through Shopify's billing system and appear on your Shopify invoice.
- WhatsApp messages are billed per message sent, based on the recipient country's rate, up to a monthly cap shown in the App.
- Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the App's Plan page; cancellation stops future charges.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to send unsolicited messages, violate Shopify or WhatsApp policies, or break any applicable law. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to message your customers.
5. Customer data
You are the controller of your customers' data; we process it on your behalf to provide the App, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with privacy laws applicable to your store.
6. Availability & third parties
The App depends on Shopify and third-party messaging providers. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the App is limited to the amount you paid for it in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. On uninstall, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
